Fieldbook ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by USA Talent Solutions, provides the Fieldbook mobile and web application at app.fieldbook.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including our SMS notification program.

SMS and Text Messaging

Fieldbook may send SMS text messages to active app users who have a valid mobile phone number on file. These messages are account-related only — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Types of Messages

  • Weekly timesheet submission reminders (typically sent on Sundays)
  • Follow-up reminders if a timesheet has not yet been submitted (typically sent on Mondays)
  • Other account-related notifications tied to your use of the App

Consent

Employee accounts are created by their employer. When you first log in to Fieldbook, you must accept these Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy before accessing the App. By accepting, you consent to receive account-related SMS notifications, including timesheet reminders, at the mobile phone number associated with your account.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. For timesheet reminders, you may receive up to two messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out and Help

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time
  • Reply HELP for assistance
  • After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe

We retain your information only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide services to your organization
