These Terms govern your use of the Fieldbook application, operated by USA Talent Solutions. By accessing or using the App at app.fieldbook.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including consent to account-related SMS notifications as described below.

Use of the App

Fieldbook is intended for business and workforce management purposes, including time tracking, project management, and operational workflows.

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with your employer's policies when using the App

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Employer-Controlled Data

If you are using Fieldbook through an employer or organization:

  • Your data may be accessed and managed by that organization
  • Your employer may control your access and usage

SMS Notifications

By accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy upon your first login to Fieldbook, you consent to receive account-related SMS text messages at the mobile phone number associated with your account.

These messages may include:

  • Weekly timesheet submission reminders
  • Follow-up reminders if a timesheet has not been submitted
  • Other account-related notifications tied to your use of the App

Fieldbook does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. Message frequency varies; for timesheet reminders, you may receive up to two messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. For questions, contact jroberts@staffing-usa.com.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or manipulate time tracking data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with the App's functionality
  • Use the App for illegal or fraudulent activity

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and functionality of the App are the property of Fieldbook and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fieldbook shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Issues arising from employer use or configuration of the App

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by your employer or organization
  • Necessary for security or legal reasons

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
